5 Days Cookie Challenge - 2nd Cookie
I for some reason decided to change my mind about my 2nd cookie in this 5 days cookie challenge. I found an old cookie recipe given to me by a friend about three or four years ago. I remembered how easy the recipe was and the outcome was super sweet and sweet. I also remembered I made the 2nd batch so that I can have enough to give away to family and friends, especially those in the Post Office. They probably never consider me as a friend but to me they are my friend because the really nice and help me with my letters and packages all the time. It is always nice to have the postal people to be your friends ... they are sure will make an extra miles to deliver your mails or packaged.
Here is my 2nd Cookie Challenge recipe.
Chocolate Peanut Milky Cookie
1 16oz lightly salted peanuts
1 packed chocolate chips
1 packed Hersheys Kisses Mint Truffle
2 packaged almond bark
Layer all the ingredients in slow cooker as listed.
Chopped almond bark into small pieces.
Close lid and turn on low heat.
DO NOT PEEK – open 3 hours later.
Stir good and drop by spoon fulls on cookie sheet cover in wax paper. Chill them in the fridge.
You think this is easy enough? Or you think I just made all these up? I have to admit I actually didn't used the original recipe from my friend but they turn out to be alright and yes, these cookies are still sweet and sweet. Now all I need is to find me the suitable Hot Chocolate to go with these cookies.

Yes, I know I made up the recipe but .... these cookies are real. I have pictures to prove it to you. Got you!

If you are reading this ... give this recipe a try, you might like it but ... ooohh ... I can hear you saying ...too much calories! I just pretend these are calories free.
