A New Year Resolution...?

They said, New Year...New Resolution.

What is your New Year Resolution? Care to share?

Well ... New Year Resolution doesn’t go along with me.

Honest! Yes of course I do New Year Resolution? When? The the day before New Year? A day after New Year? Or ten days after New Year? Is it matter when I made my New Year Resolution? I could have made it like in July the year before ... you know... it is like Christmas in July. Hahahaha! I know I am just not a very good comedian. If I go for a stand up comedian the audience probably busy talking to themselves and some are just too bored to say anything ... oh poor thing.

Banana Oatmeal Pancake

Oh yes ... New Year resolution.

I don’t really have a New Year Resolution this year per say ... but I do like to have a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy and yummy food for example, do more moving like going for a walk in the wood with my little dog, Ring and my cat Miss Prissy. Yes, yes, Miss Prissy is a cat our only cat. She goes to the wood with me all the time. In fact she will be there with them chickens, ducks, guineas and goats while I am feeding them. Hahahhaha ... you should see how afraid she is to Baby. Baby is the one had babies last year. Baby is very protective to Peek and Boo. They are adorable and strong and playful too. All the baby goats that I know are adorable, strong and playful. At least our baby goats are that. That is why I get so attached to them and it is hard to let them go.

Anyway ... my New Year Resolution is like having a healthy lifestyle, going to bed early. Not watching too much Hazel. Every year I have a new show to watch. The first year I came to Texas, my darling hubby introduce me to Beverly Hillsbilly and the Golden Girls series. Oh boy ... I had a ball watching them shows. The only problem is I can watch it again and again and that doesn’t goes well with darling hubby. Poor him ... he will just have to sit there and watch the show with me but sometimes he does get the courage to be brave and tell me not to watch them same show again. Honestly, I only watch them show like an hour before I go to bed. So it doesn’t take up lots of time. But ... sometimes I want to watch the whole show on that day and that will take lots of time and I get really late going to bed. Then the New Year Resolution will forgotten and sad.

I love to eat ... yes I do. Don’t you? What do you mean, what do you eat? Yummy food. Delicious food. That is the trouble sometimes because yummy and delicious food can be really addictive. Last year, my doctor diagnosed me with high colesterol. Bad colesterol that is. Too much yummy and delicious food I suppose. Or too much unnecessary yummy and delicious food. That’s it! Too much of yummy and delicious food can be bad, too, you know.

Well ... it is only fair if I am going to share with you my healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancake for breakfast. The recipe probably not that original because I might have gotten it from someone or someplace but ... it is my original Banana Oatmeal Pancake because I created the recipe myself and I perfected it.
